Standard packages will not accept delivery guarantees during COVID-19. It means orders shipped via Standard Shipping will not guarantee 30-45 days delivery and are not supported a refund or reshipment. Also, all Standard packages that include Shoes, Blankets, Area Rugs, or canvas Prints WON’T be available for the delivery guarantee, too.

Shipping
*Once the delivery service for shipment has scanned the package, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and the shipping company.* If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping because of Mother Nature’s bad weather, any other natural disaster, any unpredictable or unpleasant circumstance, we are not responsible and will not issue a replacement. We do our best to carefully pack, use protective packaging and ship your orders out promptly. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the shipping carrier or otherwise. Please understand that it is not in our hands, and we cannot guarantee the timely delivery of a fully intact package. If the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package on time or delivers the package damaged, please file all claims with the shipping company.
To return your product, use the Returns & Exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns/ Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 20 days. Unfortunately, if 20 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several goods are exempt from being returned; perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Items Damaged or Poor Quality
If an item is damaged or shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the damaged area. We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost. Ink and Quill Concepts is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items
If we ship the wrong product, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered, and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order, please tell us the missing items, and we will send the missing item.
Design Issues
If you have any other complaints regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of Ink and Quill Concepts if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted. We will investigate every case and provide a resolution that satisfies you.
Sizing Issues
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each product specifications page for customer reference.
Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes; only exchanges are allowed.
Ink and Quill Concepts will cover the product fee for shoes and clothing sizing disputes, but reship the customer should cover the shipping fee. Size exchange requests that differ by two sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error. Ink and Quill Concepts will not afford any fees for this exchange. For an exchange to be processed, customers must provide the following information: the reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e., too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, Ink and Quill Concepts order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@inkandquillconcepts.com.
Gifts
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
